"You took me back to that time and made it personal... what it must have been like to be with Jesus." Audience Review

This original live one-woman performance is a personal encounter with Saint Mary Magdalene. "At the Feet of Jesus" brings familiar Bible stories to life, and transports us to the time of Jesus and the Blessed Mother.  Based on sacred scripture and authentic Church writings, this engaging story shines a holy and reverent light on Saint Mary Magdalene. The Real Presence of Jesus in the Eucharist is a prominent theme in this Biblically-based story.  We are inspired by her courage and faith in following Jesus. . . even when many others walk away from Him.

Catholic performing artist Nancy Scimone portrays Mary Magdalene in this uplifting and inspiring story, directed by award-winning Catholic theater director Rob Tessier.

Saint Pope John Paul wrote in his Letter to Artists The Way of Beauty, "In order to convey the message entrusted to her by Christ, the Church needs art."  Live theater has the potential to evangelize the message of Christ and His Church in a uniquely efficacious way.
